RCN New York Commended by NY Public Service Commission for Providing Excellent Local Exchange Phone Service

Commendations are based on two measurements: Customer Trouble Report Rate (CTRR) and PSC Complaint Rate, and achievement of incentive plan targets on these two measurements. This is the 21st consecutive year the Commission has awarded commendations.
