(Bovespa: TCSL3 and TCSL4) (NYSE: [ TSU ]), which retains direct control of TIM Celular S.A. and Intelig Telecomunicações Ltda., informs that the Company's Form 20-F, regarding the year ended on December 31^st, 2009, was already filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and is already available for download at the Company's IR website ([ www.tim.com.br/ir ]) and at SEC's website ([ www.sec.gov ]).
