aHP Gives Backa to Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers During HP Byron Nelson Championship

A media event hosted by [ Michael Mendenhall ], senior vice president and chief marketing officer, HP, and Delane Kinney, executive director, [ Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers ] (SCYFC).

The media event will be held at the [ HP Gives Back ] event, which coincides with the PGA TOURa™s [ HP Byron Nelson Championship ].

Since its inception in 1968, the HP Byron Nelson Championship has raised more money for charity than any other event on the PGA TOUR a" more than $112 million for the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers.

Michael Mendenhall will be discussing the concept of social innovation, HPa™s commitment to the communities it serves, and the companya™s collaboration with SCYFC.

Delane Kinney will be discussing the educational and counseling services the SCYFC provides to at-risk and troubled families and children in the community and the support that the donations from Championship provide for the Centers.

[ HP Gives Back ] is an annual community service event for the HP Byron Nelson Championshipa™s charitable beneficiary, the SCYFC. The event provides a hands-on opportunity for HP employees and customers to make a tangible contribution to the local community.

More than 100 volunteers, along with the SCYFCa™s leadership, and Dallas Mavericks television announcers Bob Ortegel and Mark Followill will participate in activities to enhance the environment of the Family Works Center. Volunteers will help renovate picnic tables, repaint the Centera™s cafeteria, landscape garden areas and design artwork to be assembled as a mural surrounding the outdoor recreation area. Media will be able to video the volunteers before and after the media event.
