TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 11, 2009) - On December 11, 2009, Soltoro Ltd.(TSX VENTURE:SOL) granted 550,000 incentive stock options to a director, an officer and an employee of the Company. All of the stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.35 per share for a period of three years from December 11, 2009. Directors and officers received 525,000 options of the 550,000 issued. The options comply with the terms of the Company's stock option plan, including the vesting period, and are subject to regulatory approval.
