Nitar Tech Corp. ('NITAR') (formerly NCHP), a company focused in the acquisition, development and marketing of innovative and advanced technologies, is pleased to announce that the company has completed its acquisition of Winscon Electronics Co. Ltd. Executives of NITAR closed the definitive agreement on August 18, 2009 whereby NITAR acquired a 49% share interest in Winscon Electronics from Liconix Industries Inc., a Hong Kong corporation.
On August 21, 2009, NITAR effectively changed the company name to Winscon Electronics Co Ltd. The Company trades on the Pink Sheets under the symbol WIEC.
