International Datacasting Corporation Bids Farewell to Denzil Doyle

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 8, 2009) - International Datacasting Corporation, (TSX:IDC) a global leader in providing advanced solutions for the distribution of broadband multimedia content via satellite, announced today Denzil Doyle will be stepping down from its Board of Directors after 15 years of service.

Denzil Doyle is Chairman of Doyletech Corporation (a consulting company) and has been a long-time leader of the venture capital investment community in Ottawa. He has also been a Director of the National Research Council, Newbridge Networks, Mitel Networks, and Med-Eng Systems and has successfully founded a number of high-tech companies. From 1995 to 2005, he served as Chairman of Capital Alliance Ventures Inc., an Ottawa-based venture capital firm specializing in technology investments.
