IIT Delhi has achieved the highest ranking among Indian institutes in the QS World University Rankings by Subject for 2024, securing the 26th position globally in Engineering and Technology. This marks an improvement from its 48th rank in the previous year. Additionally, IIT Delhi has shown strong performances in other categories, ranking 49th in Computer Science and Information Systems, 50th in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 54th in Mechanical, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering, and 68th in Civil and Structural Engineering. The institute also made it into the top 100 in Business and Management Studies, ranking 96th. This year's rankings highlight IIT Delhi's significant progress and its standing as a leading educational institution in India and globally.
