Oh WOW! hosts open house for major expansion

The Ohio One Wireless World (OH WOW!) Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology in Youngstown, Ohio, is hosting an open house to showcase its major expansion. The event, set for Saturday, April 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will feature the newly expanded 12,000-square-foot facility, which includes new exhibits, a maker space, and a rooftop classroom. The expansion aims to enhance educational opportunities in STEM fields for children, providing hands-on learning experiences. The open house will also include a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., and attendees can enjoy free admission, food trucks, and various activities designed to engage the community with science and technology.
