The tools offer a flexible and affordable platform designed to address highly specialized Form PF filing requirements. The Dodd-Frank Act requires the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") to gather information on investment managers' private funds. In response, the SEC created Form PF for Registered Investment Advisers. The first Form PF quarterly filing deadline is August 29, 2012 for Registered Investment Advisors with regulatory assets under management over $5 billion, while the majority of hedge funds face an initial filing deadline in 2013.

In preparation for this demanding reporting process, Butterfield Fulcrum, a leading independent fund services provider, has installed the Data Agent Form PF reporting tool which seamlessly extracts data from their Geneva® platform, significantly reducing client preparation and filing time.
