A computer scientist and seasoned entrepreneur, Pena brings to Image Metrics more than 15 years of experience in mobile, video, social networking and virtual goods. Pena will be responsible for delivering innovative new products across a range of mobile devices and networks.

Pena has also served as lead technologist for Sony Corporationa™s Sony Connect Video Services division. Prior to that, he was the CTO at Gopix and director of technology at Sony Pictures Digital. Pena began his career at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he developed information systems for various flight projects.
