Websense Teams With Arrow ECS to Generate Greater Demand for Websense(R) TRITON(R) Solution

SAN DIEGO, CA and ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - February 14, 2011) - Websense (NASDAQ: [ WBSN ]) has expanded its distribution agreement with Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE: [ ARW ]), to include North America. Arrow ECS has been distributing Websense solutions in Europe since 2001.

Arrow ECS now offers the complete portfolio of Websense products in North America, including the [ Websense TRITON solution ], as well as the Websense [ Web security ], [ email security ], and [ data loss prevention (DLP) ] product families.

Drawing from the Websense Global Partner Program and new [ TRITON Solution Technical Enablement Program ], Websense and Arrow ECS will educate, train and certify IT security resellers and managed service providers throughout the U.S. and Canada on the Websense TRITON architecture. Through Arrow ECS, resellers will receive security and federal sales support, cross-trained technical consulting and access to Arrow ECS solution demonstration labs, among other services. In addition, resellers will be able to take advantage of the Websense [ TRITON solution Customer First Initiative ], a three-pronged program that includes: enhanced support, training and tools and education to help customers achieve the best security at the lowest total cost of ownership using the Websense TRITON solution.
