For the year of 2010 the company has made significant milestones in its marketing, sales and manufacturing of its Bend Sensor a" technology, the following list is just a small part of these accomplishments.

The company commercialized many new products in multiple industries. These products include Sensing Technology in Theater Seats, Emergency vehicles incorporating Interteka�s Protek Passenger Awareness System.
The company delivered to the market Sensing Technology used by a major entertainment group with multiple international locations.
The company also received a purchase order from a Bridgewater Company ([ www.bwater.com ]) for a controller for a commercial floor dryer which features the sensors used as an air-flow monitor in the device.
Many of these initial orders resulted in follow up orders of escalating size.
The company unveiled a new website with new content including application videos of some of the products as well as electronic brochures for customers and shareholders to better understand the companies competitive advantages.
The company achieved advancement in the methods of attachments of Bend Sensors to various materials including the capability to apply Bend Sensors directly to the various products. This has created new interest in additional products and applications.
The company received the Blue Ribbon Innovation Award for safety for its aTriangle of Safetya product which includes an LED display panel and additional audible alarm sounds.
Flexpoint is also working with a US Military on the development of an application for the Companya�s patented technology.
Flexpoint solidified new partnerships including Sensor Products, Inc. (SPI) of Madison, NJ ([ www.sensorprod.com ]). Development and supply of a anip sensora and for SPI to market and distribute Flexpointa�s patented Bend Sensors.
Accelerated additional Global Fortune 1000 relationships that could lead to multimillion dollar contracts during the first half of 2011.
The company developed a Home Monitoring Presence Detection System using the Bend Sensor design. The system will be used to monitor the presence of individuals at certain locations within the home. The product will primarily target homes with older individuals for safety reasons. This product is currently being beta tested.
The company also has signed five new development contracts that should lead to additional products and sales in the future.
