20-20 TECHNOLOGIES TO ASSESS CRESCENDO PARTNERS'; REQUEST

LAVAL, QC, Oct. 18 /CNW Telbec/ - 20-20 Technologies Inc. (TSX:TWT) ("20-20" or the "Company") acknowledges the requisition to convene a special meeting of the shareholders of the Company recently issued by Crescendo Partners ("Crescendo") to consider removing from office three directors currently in place and replacing them with directors proposed by Crescendo.

20-20 is examining Crescendo's requisition and will update the market in due course.
