Pegasystems Thought Leader Dr. Setrag Khoshafian Contributes to the "2010 BPM & Workflow Handbook"

This powerful Handbook, published annually since 2001 in collaboration with international standards body the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) by Future Strategies Inc., serves as a recognized authority on BPM and is used as a resource by members of academia, business, and government worldwide.

The BPM & Workflow Handbook includes a special spotlight on Business Intelligence (BI) to illustrate how BPM and BI are increasingly intertwined. Dr. Khoshafian's contribution, titled "Predictive BPM," details how predictive analytics can help organizations continually monitor and adapt their operations -- especially those realized through BPM suites -- to anticipate future behavior and run their businesses more efficiently and competitively. In addition, Dr. Khoshafian outlines the robust capabilities in a BPM suite that are essential for predictive BPM.
