Octus Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Quantum Energy Solutions

DAVIS, CA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - Octus, Inc. (OTCBB: [ OCTI ]), a leading smart energy efficiency company, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Quantum Energy Solutions, Inc., a pioneer in energy efficiency project development and smart energy product commercialization.
