CA General Counsel, Amy Fliegelman Olli, Honored with 2010 Legends in Law Award

NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Amy Fliegelman Olli, executive vice president and general counsel at CA, Inc.(NASDAQ: CA), has been named a recipient of a 2010 Legends in the Law Award by the Burton Foundation. She was nominated by Pillsbury, a leading national law firm, for her exceptional accomplishments as a legal adviser to top technology companies.

Prior to joining CA in 2006, Fliegelman Olli spent nearly 20 years in various legal positions at IBM. In her last post, she was IBM vice president and general counsel, Americas, and co-global coordinator, sales and distribution overseeing a team of more than 200 lawyers at IBM on a global basis.

Fliegelman Olli, nominated by Pillsbury partner Maria Galeno (Litigation, NY), was selected for this honor based on the following criteria: reputation in both the legal profession and as a proven authority in a specialized area of law; background and experience; complexity and scope of matters handled; global or national importance of issues confronted; and proven leadership. Burton Legends in the Law Awards recognize just five GCs each year from corporations whose annual revenues are in excess of $1 billion.
