Propalms, Inc. to Continue Increasing Market Share in 2010 by Strengthening Global Presence

Propalms also increased its presence in the U.S. market in 2009 by completing the acquisition of Focus Systems, Inc. Focus Systems, Inc. is a vertically integrated desktop virtualization and voice over IP (VOIP) provider. Focus Systems' business model is to keep an organization's entire process in-house by utilizing their own servers and support staff to handle their clients' networking needs. Within the first quarter of 2010, Propalms plans on opening its own sales and marketing office in Orlando, Florida in order to better support the Company's distributors and customer base in the North American market.
In 2010, Propalms will continue the development of newer versions of its Propalms TSE and Propalms VPN software products as well as developing new software solutions to meet its customers growing needs. Propalms is currently in development of its Virtual Desktop Integration (VDI) software solution that is specifically being designed to be compatible with Microsoft Hyper-V. Propalms VDI will be launched by the end of the first quarter of 2010. Propalms VDI is designed to be a highly scalable virtual desktop solution capable of provisioning, managing, and brokering connections to virtual and physical machines running various client operating systems. According to analyst group Gartner, desktop virtualization will coexist with, rather than replace, personal computers and server-based computing. Gartner also predicts that the market for desktop virtualization will triple in size in 2009/2010 with approximately $300 Million in software sales being generated.
