SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearOne (NASDAQ: [ CLRO ]) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Israel-based VCON Video Conferencing, a leader in high-performance, end-to-end, software video conferencing solutions.
