ISC8 Announces Innovative Threat Management Platform

High Speed Security Beyond Signature Detection

COSTA MESA, Calif., Feb. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ISC8, Inc. (OTCBB: IRSN) today announced they will be demonstrating their high speed Cybersecurity platform during the RSA Conference 2012 in San Francisco.  The demonstration will illustrate how customers can achieve 'signature-less' situationally aware security at line rate speeds of 10Gbps scaling up to 100Gbs.

ISC8's Next Generation Cyber Security solutions will deliver, comprehensive enterprise visibility, adaptive security and advanced threat protection. The family of appliances provides scalable, high performance security architecture in a single system and expands on core technology the company developed for a U.S. Government program.  By combining situational and contextual awareness with real-time application level visibility into network traffic the ISC8 platform is designed to solve the toughest problems in network security and deliver 100% visibility in real-time.

ISC8 will be leveraging technologies from Cavium, Inc. and Vineyard Networks to augment it's situationally aware family of appliances to move beyond traditional  IDS/IPS functionality along with Application layer visibility and forensics. "Utilizing the Cavium OCTEON 68XX Processors to enhance our existing detection mechanisms will greatly reduce our time-to-market," said Bill Joll, President & CEO of ISC8. "The integrated solution also leverages Cavium's Turbo DPI software and will allow customers to identify which applications are involved in malicious behavior on their network and initiate changes to mitigate their risk in real-time, thereby providing a more robust and comprehensive offering."

Demonstrations will take place in the Cavium booth 2525 at RSA, February 28 to March 1, 2012. For additional information please contact:
