Radisphere added eight hospitals to its substantial client base during the past twelve months. It now provides exclusive radiology services for hospitals in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, and South Carolina for the first time, serving a total of 38 hospitals in 12 states. - Received recognition for superior turnaround times and quality final reports
An [ October KLAS report ] noted that Radisphere had the highest score in the area of report quality and high marks for final report turnaround times. These marks led to an exceptional level of satisfaction among Radisphere's clients (95 percent). Radisphere was recognized for superior turnaround times and quality of final reports when compared to third-party teleradiogy and nighthawk companies that only provide preliminary reads. - Achieved high levels of satisfaction among Radisphere radiologists
An [ August survey of Radisphere radiologists ] found that they value their peer network, and 92 percent would refer a colleague to work for Radisphere. As the practice of radiology changes, many radiologists are interested in participating in new delivery models, such as Radisphere's. - Launched Quality Initiative to reinforce and support community hospital quality efforts
Radisphere launched [ "The Final Read on Quality" initiative ], aimed at helping hospitals improve patient care and radiology performance through ongoing quality efforts that also help fulfill Joint Commission requirements for ongoing professional practice evaluation. This year, Radisphere [ added Alison Shurell as chief marketing officer ] to lead Radisphere's strategic marketing activities. In this role, Dr. Pope is leading all women's imaging and peer review as well as ensuring the safety and reliability of mammography services in client facilities.
