New Sixteen-Channel Analog Switch From Supertex Provides Efficient Control of High Voltage Signals
HV2733 Reduces Signal Attenuation Through Low Parasitic Capacitance
SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - Dec 8, 2011) - Supertex (
The outputs of HV2733 are configured as single pole, double throw, analog switches that feature low typical on-resistance of 18 ohms under typical operating conditions. This low switch resistance minimizes signal attenuation in the receive mode and provides two ampere current capability in the transmit mode.
"HV2733 expands Supertex's family of multichannel, high voltage, analog switches for demanding medical ultrasound imaging applications," states Stephen Lin, Vice President of Marketing for Supertex. "The IC's channel density and integrated bleed resistors make it a good choice for designers seeking sharper imaging quality and fewer erroneous signals."
HV2733 is available in a 48-lead LQFP package (HV2733FG-G). The part is RoHS compliant. Samples are available from stock. Lead-time for production quantities is 4-6 weeks ARO. Pricing is US $23.73 each for the HV2733FG-G in 1K quantities.
