PNI Digital Media Announces Departure of Chief Operating Officer
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 6, 2011) -PNI Digital Media (TSX:PN)(OTCBB:PNDMF), ("PNI" or the "Company"), the leading innovator in online and in-store digital media solutions for retailers, announced that Aaron Rallo, President and Chief Operating Officer, will cease to be an employee of the Company effective December 31, 2011. In addition, Mr. Rallo is no longer a member of the Board of Directors effective immediately.
