Patriot Scientific Corporation Announces Annual Stockholders Meeting Details -- CARLSBAD, Calif., Dec. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --

CARLSBAD, Calif., Dec. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB: PTSC) announced today that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 10, 2012 at the Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach in Carlsbad, California.  The Company's Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on December 16, 2011 as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting. 

Additional details regarding the annual meeting will be made available in the Company's 2011 Proxy Statement due to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by no later than December 21, 2011.

The Company also announced the posting of several Frequently-Asked-Questions and responses to the Press Room section of its corporate web site.
