The goal of the campaign was to educate women to confidently transition from motorcycle fan to motorcycle owner/rider. The eight-part triggered email program was based on Harley-Davidson's targeted, strategic business objectives and focused on integrating seamlessly with the campaign's direct mail, online and in-dealer experience.
