Global and MSE have identified the procedures to be put into place that will benefit not only our company but it will also reduce the cost of disposal for the plants as well by rendering the waste nonhazardous for disposal at a regular waste site. This process will enable cement plants to meet the new EPA regulations that state all cement plants in this country must meet the new standards no later than 2013 or be shut down. It is sending MSE the mercury saturated material for testing to determine the appropriate mixture of MBS to render the material nonhazardous and meet the EPA requirements... Once the proper mixture is established, MSE and Global will proceed with a full live run at the plant itself. This project and all others in this industry will give Global long term contracts as it will need the technology and the MBS chemicals on a continuous basis for the life of the plants.
