Convergys Appoints Marife Zamora to Managing Director for Asia Pacific, EMEA

Previously, Zamora served as the first country manager of the Philippines, and managed Convergysa� burgeoning presence in the Philippines from its first contact center in 2003 to its 17^th contact center and 25,000 employees today.

In her new Managing Director role, Zamora is responsible for Convergysa� international customer management business, overseeing approximately 37,000 employees throughout contact centers in the United Kingdom, India, and the Philippines. In this global role, she is responsible for delivering superior service to Convergys clients and their customers, with the goal of growing Convergysa� international business.

Zamora now holds the distinction of being one of the only Filipino executives in the BPO industry whose responsibility extends beyond Asia.
