Arcland Energy Announces Engagement of New Accounting Firm, Changes in Directors and Company... -- DALLAS, April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --

DALLAS, April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Arcland Energy Corporation (OTC: ACLY)  announced that the Company's board of directors has engaged the accounting firm of M&K CPAS PLLC ("M&K") as its new independent registered public accounting firm. Additionally and in compliance with Securities Exchange Commission ("SEC") regulations pertaining to a "Change of Control," the Company acknowledges the departure of two of its directors, a reorganization of the Company, and the commencement of completing an audit of the Company's financial statements for the fiscal years 2008, 2009 and 2010. At the conclusion of the audit, the Company will become current in its reporting requirements including the annual report on Form 10-K.  Arcland plans to file Form S-1 with the SEC to recapitalize the Company for expansion in accordance with the current business plan.
