Caldwell has held a long-term career at Baxter serving in multiple executive roles. Caldwell was involved with developing the business relationship between Baxter Healthcare and MedAssets, and he was instrumental in negotiating the last two MedAssets/Baxter IV agreements. Caldwell recently announced his retirement from Baxter after 34 years in the industry.
