QUEBEC CITY, Feb. 28 /CNW Telbec/ - Lyrtech Inc. ("Lyrtech" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: LTK), a firm specializing in digital signal processing technologies, announces the resignation of Mr. Louis N. Bélanger as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Corporation and the appointment of Mr. Vincent Bélanger who will take over the responsibility of the CFO position.
Mr. Vincent Bélanger is chartered accountant and president of CFO Solution Inc., a company through which he provides part-time CFO services for public and private companies. He has over 20 years of experience as chartered accountant and business advisor, mainly as CFO. He helped many companies through their growth in the context of financing, strategic and financial planning and acquisition and disposal of businesses. He has a long experience in the particularities of the management of public companies.

Mr. Vincent Bélanger will take over the responsibility of CFO of Lyrtech through CFO Solution Inc.
Messrs. Louis and Vincent Bélanger are not related.
