Easing Network Congestion
Tekelec's radio access network (RAN) solution gives operators the real-time performance and subscriber intelligence they need to dynamically adjust network and subscriber policies based on traffic conditions. Optimizing Mobile Video Services
Mobile video represented half of all traffic on global mobile networks in 2010.
