BENSALEM, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Law Offices of Howard G. Smith announces that it is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Art Technology Group, Inc. (aATGa or the aCompanya) (NASDAQ:ARTG) related to the Companya™s agreement to be acquired by Oracle Corporation (aOraclea). The proposed cash transaction is valued at approximately $1 billion.

Under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger entered into by the parties, Oracle will pay ATG shareholders $6.00 in cash for each share they own of the Companya™s common stock. The transaction is expected to close by early 2011.
