NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Bernstein Liebhard LLP is investigating whether the Board of Directors of McAfee, Inc. (aMcAfeea or the aCompanya) (NYSE: MFE) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell McAfee to Intel Corporation.

Under the terms of the agreement, McAfee shareholders will receive $48.00 in cash for each share they own, placing the total value of the transaction at approximately $7.68 billion.
