Local Deals extends and further localizes Travelzooa™s coverage of entertainment & lifestyle deals. Travelzoo will apply the same rigorous deal selection and approval process to Local Deals for whichit has become well-known, and distinguishes Travelzoo as the highest quality publisher of travel and entertainment deals.

Tomake iteasierforTravelzoo subscribers to take advantage of deals from local businesses,Travelzoo is starting to offer subscribers the ability topurchase a voucher from the local business via the Travelzoo website. Vouchers are then redeemable at the local business during the promotional period in which the deal is offered. Travelzoo Local Inc., a new subsidiary of Travelzoo Inc., will operate and manage all aspects of the Local Deals business, including the sale of vouchers.

Local Deals are now available in Des Moines and Minneapolis. The Company aims to launch the localized service in additional U.S. cities this year.

Travelzoo has appointed Michael Stitt to serve as Vice President & General Manager, Travelzoo Local Deals, North America, to oversee and expand the Local Deals service. Stitt was formerly General Manager of Production, North America.

To support the expansion of Local Deals and further enhance Travelzooa™s local travel deal content, the Company will open sales offices in Dallas and Denver. These offices will cover Texas, the South and the Mountain region.
