SolarWinds, Inc. Announces Pricing of Its Secondary Public Offering

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - November 13, 2009) - SolarWinds, Inc. (NYSE: [ SWI ]) today announced the pricing of 12 million shares of its common stock at $18.75 per share in a secondary public offering, all of which are being offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.8 million additional shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Jefferies & Company, Inc., Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, FBR Capital Markets & Co. and Pacific Crest Securities LLC are the co-managers of the offering.
