| Mr. Chang has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to his current position, Mr. Chang was with ZTE USA, Inc. He helped the development of several advanced SDH and WDM products targeted for international markets. He was also a pioneer in IP transport on Multi-Service Transport Platform (MSTP) development in Fujitsu Network Communications, USA, where he led a team of system engineers responsible for architecture and system design of a very successful MSTP product lines. | ||
