Andhra Pradesh planning work from home 'in a big way', says CM Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has announced plans to promote work-from-home arrangements on a large scale within the state. Speaking at the Global Investors Summit 2023, Naidu highlighted the potential of Andhra Pradesh to become a hub for remote work, leveraging its infrastructure and digital connectivity. He emphasized the state's commitment to creating an ecosystem conducive to IT and tech industries, which would facilitate remote working. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to attract investments, foster job creation, and enhance the quality of life by reducing commute times and improving work-life balance for employees. Naidu also mentioned that the state government is working on policies to support this shift, including improvements in internet infrastructure and digital governance.
