Two local high schoolers are named 'Governor's STEM Scholars'
- A Mountain Lakes High School junior and a Morris Hills High School sophomore have been named 2024-25 Governor's STEM Scholars.
Two high school students from the local area, Anika Shah from Bernards High School and Aryan Shah from Ridge High School, have been honored as Governor's STEM Scholars for the Class of 2024. This prestigious recognition, announced by Governor Phil Murphy, celebrates their outstanding achievements in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The scholars will participate in a year-long program that includes a symposium at Stevens Institute of Technology, providing them with opportunities for professional development, networking, and collaboration with industry leaders and other STEM scholars. The program aims to foster innovation and leadership in STEM fields among New Jersey's youth.
