The European Union has allocated €566 million to fund 52 new research projects under the Horizon Europe program, aimed at advancing scientific knowledge and innovation across various fields. These projects, selected from over 1,000 proposals, will focus on areas such as health, climate change, digital technologies, and energy, with the goal of addressing global challenges and fostering economic growth. The funding will support collaborations among researchers from 27 EU countries and associated nations, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in scientific endeavors.
