The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and the Wondr Health platform have partnered to launch a new initiative aimed at enhancing the mental health and well-being of employees in Connecticut. This collaboration, announced on May 16, 2023, will integrate Wondr Health's digital behavior change program into the tribe's employee benefits, offering resources like personalized coaching, digital tools, and community support to address issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression. The initiative is part of a broader effort to support the mental health of the tribal community and its workforce, reflecting a growing recognition of the importance of mental health in the workplace.
