The 16th edition of the scientific conference wraps up following a program of intelligent discussion, as well as engagement with Ras Al Khaimah school and university students and companies
The International Workshop on Advanced Materials (IWAM) 2025, held in Ras Al Khaimah, concluded with significant student engagement and industry visits. Organized by the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) in collaboration with the University of Sharjah and the University of Central Florida, the event featured a range of activities including keynote speeches, technical sessions, and poster presentations. Over 100 participants from various countries attended, focusing on the latest advancements in materials science. The workshop not only provided a platform for academic exchange but also included visits to local industries like RAK Ceramics and Stevin Rock, offering students practical insights into the application of advanced materials in real-world settings. The event was highlighted by the participation of high-profile researchers and industry experts, fostering a rich environment for networking and knowledge sharing.
