The study underscores the need for integrated water management strategies to mitigate these risks, pointing out that these districts are not only prone to natural disasters but also suffer from inadequate infrastructure and planning to manage water resources effectively. The findings call for urgent policy interventions to enhance resilience against these climate extremes, ensuring sustainable water security for the affected populations.
