Sino-US sci-tech agreement extended
Lin made the remarks days after the two countries signed a protocol to amend and extend the agreement. The agreement has been extended for an additional five years, effective from Aug 27, 2024. Bilateral cooperation in science and technology benefits both countries, Lin said at a daily news conference.
