Tomas Carlsson has been appointed as the new President and CEO of Sweco (STO:SWECA)(STO:SWECB) with effect from 1 December, 2012. He will succeed Mats Wppling, who is leaving Sweco after six years as President and CEO, and close to ten years as a member of Swecoas board of directors.

Tomas Carlsson is currently President of NCC Construction Sweden and has been active in the NCC group since 1991. He was born in 1965 and holds a MSc Engineering and an Executive MBA.
