NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Bernstein Liebhard LLP ] is investigating whether the Board of Directors of Mediware Information Systems, Inc. ("Mediware" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: [ MEDW ]) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell Mediware to Thoma Bravo, LLC.
