Mark S. Phillips joins Image Sensing Systems, Inc. as Business Development Manager
ST. PAUL, Minn., March 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Image Sensing Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ ISNS ]) announced today that Mark S. Phillips has been appointed as the company's Business Development Manager of CitySync Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) products for North and South America. Mr. Phillips will report to Dan Skites, company Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Phillips joins us from Federal APD, parking – access control and revenue management systems, where he was Regional Sales Manager of the Southwestern District. During his time with Federal APD, Mr. Phillips was successful at forging several long term and highly prosperous relationships that produced many high profile and profitable projects. Mr. Phillips worked with numerous Dealers and Integrators, as well as led the efforts of direct business in selected marketplaces. Mr. Phillips' experience includes over 15 years of sales and business development in the access control and security sectors. Mr. Phillips has held various manager positions at GVI Security Solutions, Ultrak Inc. and ADT Security Systems.
