(aContentGuarda), a subsidiary of Pendrell Corporation (NASDAQ: PCO), today announced a licensing agreement with Fujitsu Limited, a worldwide leader in information and communications technology. ContentGuard is the premier developer of digital rights management (DRM) technologies, and the agreement licenses the Companyas DRM patents for Fujitsuas mobile handsets and tablet devices. ContentGuardas DRM solutions enable the consumer-friendly implementation of digital content distribution models such as content rental, content subscription, variable pricing, and secure peer-to-peer distribution.

The agreement between ContentGuard and Fujitsu encompasses mobile handsets and tablet devices. Additional terms of the licensing agreement are not being disclosed.
