Comark Extends IT Outsourcing Agreement With CGI for 6 Years

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 20, 2012) - CGI Group Inc. (TSX:GIB.A)(NYSE:GIB), a leading provider of information technology and business processing services, announced today that it has extended its IT outsourcing agreement with Comark Inc., a leading Canadian specialty fashion retailer. This agreement will see CGI continue to manage Comark's [ IT infrastructure ] for its three Canadian divisions, including Comark's head office in Mississauga, Ontario.

This extension confirms CGI as the preferred IT supplier for Comark, which serves Canadian customers through three popular retail fashion brands: Ricki's, Bootlegger and cleo.
