(NYSE Amex: [ ETAK ]) ([ www.elephanttalk.com ]), an international provider of business software and services to the telecommunications and financial services industry, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Ensercom, a German based Mobile Virtual Network Enabling (MVNE) company. Ensercom, as a wholesale partner, hosts Mobile Services in the network of Telekom Deutschland and the contract has recently been renewed. Telekom Deutschland (successor of T Mobile Germany, and which now also includes all German landline services of parent Deutsche Telekom) is Germany's largest telephone company serving 23.4 million fixed line and 35.4 million mobile customers. The renewed agreement is effective immediately.
