SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Vista Partners ] announced today that it has updated coverage on [ PositiveID Corporation ](OTCBB: PSID) ("The Company" or "PSID"); and revised its twelve month target price to $0.38.
