VIPR Industries remains committed to developing its Singida-Londoni gold prospect property, located in Tanzania. Additional exploration programmes have experienced unexpected delays due to various factors. Adding to the recent challenges has been rules implemented by various clearing firms in 2011 for the depositing of certificates for small micro cap companies, which the company is attempting to address and will provide updates on.
In other developments, VIPR announces the resignation of Mr. JC Barbeck who tenured his resignation during the prior quarter to pursue other interests. The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bob Bandfield, 67 years of age, a well respected entrepreneur, businessman and advisor to other past successful companies as the company's new President and CEO. Mr. John Riccio remains as CFO and director.
